Lovely fifties pleated skirt. The fabric is lightweight and has a linen like texture. The colour is gradient from white at the waist turning greener toward the hem while the abstract painterly flowers enlarge in scale toward the hem. There are eight small knife pleats on each side of the placket radiating towards the hips. The centre back, each side, and centre front are flat for a slimmer silhouette. The placket has five large swirled lucite style buttons, and the waist closes with a heavy duty silver-tone slide clasp. There is no label but appears to be professionally made. Freshly laundered.
