70's designer elegant long dress. The fabric is a varigated silver, burnished gold, and black knit over a black lining of broadcloth. The collar is round and tacked down. The placket forms a vee neckline and closes with seven black round clustered rhinestone buttons. A natural shoulder line with a high yoke, and long set-in sleeves with rhinestone buttoned cuffs. The left side has two belt loops as the belt is suppose to hang down the side and not cover the buttons. the right side has only one belt loop. The waist is natural and has a snap and hook and eye to close. There is also a hook and eye at the last button on the placket. The label is Pat Sandler. There were a few small pulls which have been cut off, and a couple of loose stitches on the seam of the belt.
